Paul Douglas Bell was born November 4, 1955, and departed this life Sunday, February 8, 2026, reaching the age of 70 years. He was the son of the late Raymond "Tom" and Ida "Mildred" (Humble) Bell.

He is survived by: his wife, Tammy Bell; two children, Jason Bell and Ashley Sexton (Chad); three grandchildren, Caitilin West, Chantil Bell Asberry, and Chase Bell; and four great grandchildren, Kinzleigh Morgan, Isabella Asberry, Gabriella Asberry, and Arabella Asberry. He is also survived by his siblings, Brenda Branscum (Oscar) and Jerry Bell (Donna); along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, Tom and Mildred Bell, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Walter, Roger, Jackie, and Terry Bell.

He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 12, 2026, between 5 pm – 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Friday, February 13, 2026, at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
