Patsy Mae Miller was born October 8, 1951 and departed this life January 31, 2021 reaching the age of 69 years. She was the daughter of the late Richard and Gracie (Harness) West.

She is survived by: three sons, Jason (Chelsea Pierce) Phillips, Jeremy (Emerly) Phillips, and Joshua Phillips; two daughters, Angel (Kellie) Branscum and Tricia (Dean) Carter; one sister, Deborah (Darrell) Criswell; and two brothers, Carl (Linda) West and Randy (Leigh) West; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, Richard and Gracie West, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Grover West, Robert West, Henry West and Richard West.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 6, 2021 between 1 pm – 2 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 6, 2021 at 2 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation and upon recommendations from the Governor's Office for Funeral Homes, there will be some restrictions for service attendance. You are asked to please wear a mask or facial covering and observe the social distancing guidelines. No communal food or drinks are allowed at this time.
