Patricia Stephens was born October 25, 1927 and departed this life Monday, December 17, 2007 reaching the age of 80 years. She was the daughter of the late Clyde Smith, Sr. and Minda Brown Smith.

She married Clarence Stephens and to this union six children were born.

She is survived by: four sons, Gary, Phillip, Kenneth, and Russell Stephens; two daughters, Margaret Wyatt and Ruth Ann King; several grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is also survived by two brothers, Paul Smith and Glenn Smith; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: her husband, Clarence Stephens; two brothers, Leland Smith and Clyde V. "Newt" Smith, Jr.; and one sister, Mary Ann Hicks.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

Funeral Service: Friday, December 21st at 1 pm
Interment: Elk Spring Cemetery
