Patricia Jewel Marcum was born September 11, 1973 and departed this life Wednesday, May 2, 2018 2018 reaching the age of 44 years. She was the daughter of Allene (Hicks) Jewell Prater and the late Walter Jewell.

She is survived by: her husband, Larry Marcum; one step daughter, Sydney Godbey (T.J.); her mother, Allene Prater; one brother, Scotty Jewell; three sisters, Gayle Jewell, Brenda Morrow, and Cindi Sumpter; two sisters-in-law, Diana Young and Gwen Marcum; and three grandchildren, Regan, Kingston and Willow and one on the way; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

She was preceded in death by her father, Walter Jewell; one sister, Beverly Jewell; and one grandchild, Paisley Kate.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 6, 2018 between 5 pm – 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Monday, May 7, 2018 at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Tarter Cemetery in Nancy, KY.
