Oral Franklin "Fuzz" Goad was born October 27, 1962 and departed this life March 28, 2009 reaching the age of 46 years. He was the son of Bonnie (Hardwick) Rigney and the late Frank Goad.

He is survived by: his wife- Peggy Goad of Monticello, KY, 1 daughter- Lisa Hammond. He is also survived by: his mother and step father- Bonnie and Ray Rigney, and 3 brothers- Joey and Ricky Goad and David Rigney; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

He was preceded in death by: his father- Frank Goad, and 1 brother- Eugene Goad.

He was a loving husband, father, son, brother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.


Visitation: Tuesday, March 31st after 10 am
Funeral Service: Tuesday, March 31st at 12 noon
Interment: Private burial at Elk Spring Cemetery
