Norma Phillips was born March 14, 1964, and departed this life August 18, 2024, reaching the age of 60 years. She was the daughter of the late Lester and Sally Vaughn.

She is survived by: two daughters, Lisa Dick and Susan Dick; one son, Justin Bell; two brothers, Danny Vaughn and Jessie Vaughn; and six grandchildren, Makinzee Piercy, Brianna Brown, Austin Foster, Kali Miller, Alyssa Marshall and Jacob Marshall, and one on the way; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: her 1st husband, Ricky Dick; and her 2nd husband, Gerald Phillips.

Norma enjoyed writing letters and journaling. She loved spending time with her family and friends, especially going shopping.

She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

The family will receive friends on Monday, August 26, 2024, between 11 am – 1 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Monday, August 26, 2024, at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Cedar Grove Church Cemetery.
