Norma Ruth Alley was born November 15, 1937, and departed this life Thursday, April 28, 2022, reaching the age of 84 years. She was the daughter of the late Alonzo and Edna (Crouch) Morris.

She is survived by ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­2 sons, Rick (Debbie) Morris and Randy Alley; 7 grandchildren, Shannon Tzanahua, Joshua Alley, Syndney Renee Alley, Jenna McKay Alley, Castina Marie Stephens, Tasha Stamper and Lucas Koontz; 11 great-grandchildren; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 4 brothers, R Ray, Ralph, Billy and Bobby Morris; 1 sister, Mildred Ramsey; and 2 grandchildren, Nicholas Tyler and Laci Rae Alley.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 1, 2022, between 11 am – 2 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Sunday, May 1, 2022, at 2 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Alexander Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to: Alzheimer's Association.
