Nathan Claude McCartt

Nathan Claude McCartt was born February 27, 1998, and departed this life Saturday, May 30, 2026, reaching the age of 28 years. He was the son of Michael and Lisa (Groves) McCartt.

In addition to his parents, Michael and Lisa McCartt, he is survived by: two brothers, Eric James McCartt and Shawn Michael McCartt. He is also survived by: his paternal grandparents, Claude and Paula McCartt and maternal grandmother, Lavonda Goff; his uncles, Claude Gary McCartt and Jimmy Espinoza; nephew, Liam DeHay; and good friend, Presley DeHay; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

He was preceded in death by his aunt, Crystal Espinoza.

He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 6, 2026, between 11 am – 1 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 6, 2026, at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the McCartt Cemetery.
