Nancy Lynn Smith Harris passed away on Saturday, July 30, 2022 at the age of 49 years. She is the beloved wife of Shawn Harris, the beloved mother of Shaylin Harris, Brittany Harris, and Layla Mayes, beloved daughter of Lucy Lavonne (Epling) Smith and the late William Donald Smith, beloved grandmother of Bryson Polston, Madilyn Polston, Kenton Leo and a granddaughter on the way, and beloved sister of Diane Stalker.

Along with her father, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Tammy Lamb and Kathy Mayes; her grandparents, Issac and Dorothy (Dutton) Smith and Estil and Carrie (Bowe) Epling.

The family will receive friends on Friday, August 5, 2022 between 11 am – 2 pm in the chapel of the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Friday, August 5, 2021 at 2 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. * Facebook LIVESTREAM will begin at 1:45 pm for those who are unable to attend* Burial will follow in Elk Spring Cemetery.
