Obituary
Myrtie Ann (Crabtree) Doss, age 88, of Monticello, Ky., passed away Monday, April 11, 2011 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
She was born July 5, 1922 in Monticello, Ky. and as a young woman was baptized and accepted Christ as her Savior.
She was united in marriage on Sept. 25, 1939 to the late Austin Doss.
She is survived by her daughter-Anita (Doss) Crabtree (Henry); three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins to mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by her parents-Walter and Bertha (Ball) Crabtree; two brothers-William Virgil Crabtree and Walter Crabtree, Jr.; and a son-Harvy Lee Doss.
Graveside service and burial were held Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at 4 p.m. in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
