Obituary
Moses Crabtree was born June 10, 1920 and departed this life October 29, 2004 reaching the age of 84 years. He was the son of Colonel Crabtree and Mary "Mollie" Lord Crabtree.
He was united in marriage to Lucy Meredith Crabtree and to this union nine children were born.
He is survived by five sons, Fred, Jerry, Stanley, Billy and Wayne Crabtree all of Monticello, KY; three daughters Mayme Burnett, Lillie Catron, and Anna Malone all of Monticello, KY; two brothers, Odell and Noah Crabtree both of Monticello, KY; 28 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lucy Crabtree; his parents, Colonel and Mollie Crabtree; one daughter, Barbara Ann Crabtree; three brothers, Harry, Neal, and Odie Crabtree; and four sisters, Mary Raines, Annie Bertram, Sarah Sexton, and Beulah Alexander.
He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Visitation: Sunday, October 31 after 4 PM
Funeral Service: Monday, November 1 at 1 PM
Interment: New Sandusky Chapel Cemetery
