Montie Frost was born December 1, 1950 and departed this life Wednesday, April 25, 2018 reaching the age of 67 years. He was the son of the late Gordon and Bessie (Coffey) Frost.

He is survived by: one son, Michael (Amy) Frost; one daughter, Erica Dodson; and three grandchildren, Chloe, Taylor, and Devin Frost. He is also survived by: two brothers, Donnie (Jo) Frost and Rocky (Vickie) Frost; and one sister, Geraldine (Danny) Kinnitt; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, Gordon and Bessie Frost, he was preceded in death by: one brother, Lonnie Frost; and one sister, Maxine Abbott.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 29, 2018 between 11 am – 2 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Sunday, April 29, 2018 at 2 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
