MINNIE LEDBETTER was born September 11, 1911 and departed this life Tuesday, December 25, 2007 reaching the age of 96 years. She was the daughter of the late John and Vadney Walker.

She married William Bethel "Shorty" Ledbetter and to this union four children were born.

She is survived by: one daughter, Sharon L. Ledbetter of Monticello, KY; one son, Larry J. Ledbetter of Lexington, KY; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by: two sons, Howard Ray and Sherman Lee Ledbetter; one brother, Bill Walker; and two sisters, Mildred and Lizzie.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.


Visitation: Friday, Dec. 28th between 3 - 9 pm and Saturday, Dec. 29th between 9 am - 1 pm
Funeral Service: Saturday, December 29th at 1 pm
Interment: Sand Spring Cemetery in Monterey, TN
