Mildred Roberts Kennedy was born December 23, 1923 and departed this life June 11, 2008 reaching the age of 84 years. She was the daughter of the late Burdett Chandler "BC" Roberts, Sr. and Ola Walker Roberts.

She married Frank Kennedy and to this union two children were born.

She is survived by: one son- Frank Kennedy of Cedarville, Arkansas, one daughter- Peggy Cornelius of Harrodsburg, KY, and one sister- Doris Stringer of Ohio; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

She was preceded in death by: her parents- BC and Ola Roberts, her husband- Frank Kennedy, one brother – B.C. Roberts, Jr. and two sisters- Maudie McClendon and Nell Stringer.

She was a loving mother, sister, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.


Visitation: Friday, June 13 after 5 pm
Funeral Service: Saturday, June 14 at 1 pm
Interment: Elk Spring Cemetery
