Obituary
MILDRED FAYE FRANCIS was born June 18, 1939 and departed this life December 12, 2006 reaching the age of 67 years. She was the daughter of the late Conn Rigney and Eldora "Dorie" Sexton Rigney.
She is survived by one son, Jeff Francis of Monticello, KY; one daughter, Freda Stinson of Monticello, KY; and two grandchildren, Jeremiah and Sarah Beth Stinson. She is also survived by one brother, Lester Rigney; and one sister, Neva Curtis; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Conn and Dorie Rigney; her son, Doug Francis; two sisters, Grace Dobbs and Vema Western; and three brothers who died in infancy.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Visitation: Thursday, December 14th after 5 pm
Funeral Service: Friday, December 15th at 1 pm
Interment: Elk Spring Cemetery
