Michael Ray Clark was born February 11, 1972 and departed this life Thursday, April 21, 2016 reaching the age of 44 years. He was the son of Raymond and Vonda (Jones) Clark.
In addition to his parents he is survived by: his sister, Angela Wallen; two nephews, Jarrod Criswell and Chase Wallen; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Lisa and Melisa Clark.
Funeral services will be private for family only.
