Obituary
Melvin "Philip" Parmley was born February 16, 1937 and departed this life Tuesday, January 13, 2009 reaching the age of 71 years. He was the son of the late Clyde and Dorothy Bunch Parmley.
He is survived by: wife, Gladys Parmley; 3 brothers, Obie Parmley of Dayton, OH, Perry Parmley of Massachusetts, and Dewey Parmley of Monticello, KY; and one sister, Vela Stephenson of Monticello, KY; along with a host of family and friends that mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Clyde and Dorothy Parmley.
He was loving brother, relative, and friend that will sadly missed by all who knew him.
Visitation: Saturday, January 17, 2009, from 10am-2pm
Funeral Service: January 17, 2009 at 2pm
Interment: Parnell Methodist Church Cemetery.
