Mary Snow Bell was born August 28, 1947, and departed this life Sunday, December 28, 2025, reaching the age of 78 years. She was the daughter of (the late) Woodrow and Jessie (Roberts) Wilson.

She is survived by 2 sons, Jackie (wife, Candace) Bell, and Stacy Bell; 1 daughter, Shawnda Burnette; 2 brothers, Jack Wilson, and David Wilson; 1 sister, Irene Turner; 3 grandchildren, Rusty (Sara) Bell, Jaylen, and Brooklyn Burnette; 2 great-grandchildren, Boone and Clara Bell; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Chadwick "Chaddy" Bell; granddaughter, Whitney Bell; and sisters, Pauline McCartney, and Gloria Watson.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, relative, and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 1, 2026, between 5 pm – 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 2, 2025, at 11 am at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
