Mary Norfleet was born August 27, 1914 and departed this life October 12, 2004 reaching the age of 90 years. She was the daughter of Bluford Zimmerman and Rosetta Belle Johnson.

She was united in marriage to Marvin Norfleet and to this union six children were born.

She is survived by two sons, Harold Norfleet of Monticello and Oscar Norfleet of Loveland, OH, KY; Doris York of Monticello, KY, Marlene McIntyre of Miamisburg, OH, and Brenda Shrader of Mason, OH; five grandchildren, two step grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Norfleet; one son, Jimmie Ray Norfleet; her parents, Bluford and Rosetta Zimmerman; two brothers, Hubert and Jesse Zimmerman; and two sisters, Lissie Koger and Della Pierce.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to:

Hospice of Lake Cumberland
