Mary Joyce Dunbar was born October 13, 1936 and departed this life Monday, March 02, 2009 reaching the age of 72 years. She was the daughter of the late Denver Ray and Mary Alice (Barnes) Parmley.

She is survived by: 1 brother- Robert Parmley, 4 nephews- Ricky, Calvin, and Bobby Beechboard, and Chad Parmley, 7 nieces- Linda Clark, Kathy Hughes, Patty Simpson, Joyce Haddox, Janice Morrow, Alice Sawyers, and Amanda Hurt; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: her husband- Bryant Dunbar, and 1 brother- Lyman Parmley.

She was a loving sister, aunt, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.


Visitation: Wednesday, March 4th after 4 pm
Funeral Service: Thursday, March 5th at 1 pm
Interment: Elk Spring Cemetery
