MARY ELIZABETH BROWN was born April 6, 1922 and departed this life March 29, 2004 reaching the age of 81 years. She was the daughter of Jess Doss and Ester Brummett Doss.
She was united in marriage to Claude Earl Brown on December 16, 1944 in Wayne County. They had five children: Kenneth Earl Brown, Bruce Harold Brown, Carolyn Sue Coffey, Brenda Kay Brown, and Kathy Faye Malone. Mary and Claude had eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Mary was baptized the 14th day of October, 1973 at the Meadow Creek Baptist Church of Betsey, KY.
Mary touched the lives of everyone she met through her laughter or tears.
Visitation: Wednesday, March 30 after 5 PM in the funeral home chapel.
Funeral Service: Thursday, April 1 at 1 PM in the funeral home chapel.
Interment: Elk Spring Cemetery
