Mary Ann Baskett was born May 4, 1967, and departed this life Monday, September 28, 2026, reaching the age of 59 years. She was the daughter of Susan Oberst and the late Conrad Oberst.

In addition to her mother, Susan Oberst, she is survived by: her husband, Gary Baskett; one son, Cory Baskett; and two grandchildren, Rosie Baskett and Zaden Waddle; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

The family will receive friends on Monday, October 5, 2026, between 5 pm – 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at 11 am at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Baskett Family Cemetery, 3924 Hwy 1009 S., Monticello, KY.
