Obituary
Martin Thomas "Tom" Back was born September 27, 1917 in Wayne County, Kentucky and departed this life Monday, September 23rd, 2002, reaching the age of 84 years. He was the son of Martin Back and Mary Lettie Goddard Back.
He is survived by three brothers-Dr. Joseph Back and Jack Back of Monticello, KY and Sidney Back of Barbourville, KY, and two sisters-Lucy Breeding of Monticello, KY and Laura Ford of Louisville, KY, along with several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister-Alta Lusk.
He was a loving brother, uncle and friend and will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Visitation: The family will receive friends after 5:30 PM on Wednesday, September 25th, 2002 in the chapel.
Funeral Service: The funeral service will be Thursday, September 26th, 2002 at 1 PM in the chapel of the Marvin S. Hicks Funeral Home.
Interment: Burial will follow in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
