Martha Anderson was born October 30, 1937 and departed this life Tuesday, July 2, 2019 reaching the age of 82 years. She was the daughter of the late Earl and Imogene (Booher) Carter.

She married Max Anderson and to this union two children were born.

She is survived by: her husband, Max Anderson; two sons, David (Janet) Anderson and Charles Richard Anderson; five grandchildren, Christa Lasley, Ryan Anderson, Whitney Gigliotti, Olivia and Georgia Anderson; and two great grandchildren, Quinnie Anderson and Jacob Lasley; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, Earl and Imogene Carter, she was preceded in death by Ray Carter.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 6, 2019 between 12 pm – 2 pm in the Immanuel Baptist Church.  Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 6, 2019 at 2 pm at Immanuel Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
