Obituary
Marion Ingram Parmley was born March 15th, 1928 in Wayne County, Kentucky and departed this life Tuesday, November 12th, 2002, reaching the age of 74 years. He was the son of the late Roscoe Parmley and Gertie Humble Parmley.
He is survived by four brothers-Lilbern Parmley of Indiana, Elvis, Walter and Andrew Parmley of Monticello, KY and six sisters-Esther Davis of Indiana, Ruth Baker, Vannie Hatfield, Pelba Bell, Zella Parmley and Genevive Koger, all of Monticello, KY, along with several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother-Narvel Parmley.
He was a loving brother, uncle, relative and friend and will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Visitation: The family will receive friends after 5 PM on Thursday, November 14th, 2002 in the chapel of the Marvin S. Hicks Funeral Home.
Funeral Service: The funeral service will be Friday, November 15th, 2002 at 11 AM in the chapel of the Marvin S. Hicks Funeral Home with Bro. Odie Hollars and Bro. Rick Catron officiating.
Interment: Burial will follow in the Parnell Methodist Church Cemetery.
