Margaret Lee was born December 7, 1942, and departed this life Wednesday, June 12, 2024, reaching the age of 81 years. She was the daughter of the late Golie and Mossie (Carrender) Sexton.

She married William Nelson Lee and to this union two children were born.

She is survived by: one son, Roger Lee; one daughter, Rhonda Angel; two grandchildren, Katarra Dobbs (Derik) and Dustin Angel (Cheley); and three great grandchildren, Caden, Chloe, and Willow Angel. She is also survived by: one brother, Roy Sexton; and one sister, Wanda Sexton; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: her husband, William Nelson Lee; three brothers, Ray, Charlie, and Leland Sexton and four infant siblings.

She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

The family will receive friends on Monday, June 17, 2024, between 5 pm – 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
