Margaret Dawn Granger was born August 5, 1938 and departed this life May 10, 2017, 2017 reaching the age of 78 years. She was the daughter of the late George and Catherine (Cummings) Whalen.

She is survived by: her husband, Ray Granger; two children, 2 children, George Sorensen of Georgetown, KY and Kathy Amburgey (Sam) of Frankfort, KY; 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing

Mass will be held Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 2 pm at St. Peter Catholic Church. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.

A Celebration of Life gathering for family and friends will be held later.
