Obituary
MADISON FAITH REYNOLDS was born and departed this life June 8, 2004. She was the infant daughter of Charlie Reynolds and Chastidy Bolen.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by one brother, Wesley Reynolds; two sisters, Samantha and Kaitlin Reynolds; maternal grandparents, Jimmy Sweet and Gail Anderson; and her paternal grandfather, Charlie Reynolds, Sr.; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Alice Reynolds.
She will be sadly missed by all.
Funeral Service: Graveside service will be held Friday, June 11 at 2 PM
Interment: Elk Spring Cemetery
