Obituary
Madie Jane Stinson Lowe was born August 6, 1921 and departed this life May 4, 2004 reaching the age of 82 years. She was the daughter of Harrison Stinson and Sarah McGinnis Stinson.
She was united in marriage to Opal Howard Lowe and to this union eight children were born.
She is survived by her husband, Opal Lowe; two sons, Wendell and Jerry Lowe; five daughters, Sue Bertram, Christine Brown, Evelyn Blevins, Eva Piercy, and Nina Stinson; three brothers, Elmer, Delmer, and Caleb Stinson; three sisters, Zada Morgan, Flonnie Hicks, and Sylvia Jean Cotner; thirteen grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harrison and Sarah Stinson; one infant child; and five brothers and sisters.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Visitation: Thursday, May 6 after 5 PM in the funeral home chapel.
Funeral Service: Friday, May 7 at 10 AM in the funeral home chapel.
Interment: Sandy Valley Cemetery
