Mackson Hedgemond was born November 24, 1963 and departed this life Wednesday, July 27, 2022 reaching the age of 58 years. He was the son of the late Willie Mack and Gloria Hedgemond.

He is survived by: his wife, Tammy Hedgemond; three children, Melinda, Mackson, Jr., and Antwan Hedgemond; two stepchildren, Kevin and Stacie Gregory; and 13 grandchildren.  He is also survived by: two sisters, Venus Miller and Denis Jones; and three brothers, Michael, Mark, and Maury Hedgemond; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

Mackson served his country faithfully and was a proud U. S. Army Veteran.

He was a hard worker and enjoyed being around people – never meeting a stranger. He loved life and did it his way. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

A memorial service will be held at a late date.
