Obituary
Makayla Leeanne Crabtree Cook was born September 23, 2009 and departed this life Sunday, September 27, 2009. She was the daughter of Gary Cook and Michelle Crabtree.
She is survived by: her parents, Gary and Michelle, maternal grandparents, Nealy and Virginia Crabtree, and Great Grandpa, Orval Cook. She is also survived by: several aunts and uncles; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by: her paternal grandparents, Gerald Cook and Ida Berdine.
She will be sadly missed.
Visitation: Wednesday, September 30th after 5 pm
Funeral Service: Thursday, October 1st at 1 pm
