Luta "Ellen" (Keith) Turner was born October 13, 1944 and departed this life Tuesday, September 7, 2021 reaching the age of 76 years. She is the daughter of the late Critt W. and Myrtle (Morrow) Keith.

She was united in marriage to Phillip "Bruce" Turner on February 9, 1968. To this union two children were born.

She is survived by: her husband, Phillip "Bruce" Turner; two sons, Allen Bruce (Lisa) Turner and Gordon Critt (Arden) Turner; three grandchildren, Nathanael Bruce Turner, Isaac Gordon Turner and Caroline Arden Turner; and two step-grandchildren, Peyton and Sawyer Snyder. She is also survived by: four sisters, Anna Lee Vaughn, Audrey Edwards, Arlene Taylor, and Georgia Dick; and one brother, Jimmy Keith; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Critt W. and Myrtle (Morrow) Keith; two sisters, Genive Keith Phillips and Sheila Kay Keith; and two brothers, Virgil and Billy Joe.

She was a member of Monticello First Baptist Church. She retired from Monticello Banking Company after 42 years. She loved her family and friends very much; she enjoyed her children and grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 19, 2021 between 5 pm – 8 pm in the Monticello First Baptist Church.  Funeral services will be held Monday, September 20, 2021 at 11 am at the Monticello First Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
