Obituary
Lula B. Edwards was born October 15, 1945 and departed this life on Monday, April 27, 2015 having reached the age of 69 years. She was the daughter of the late Herman and Bessie Mae (Hurt) Sloan.
She is survived by: one brother, Harold Bruce Sloan of Zavalla, TX; and one sister, Allene Thomas of Erlanger, KY.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by: her husband, Jack Ray Edwards; and, 4 brothers, Bro. Bill, James "Bob", David, & Russell Sloan.
She was a loving sister, aunt, relative, and friend that will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 29th, 2015 from 11am-2pm in the funeral home chapel. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 29th, 2015 at 2pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
