Lucy Marie Parmley Stephenson was born September 12, 1932 and departed this life on May 21, 2021.

She was married to Cecil Stephenson and through this union they raised three sons, Jason (Betsy) Stephenson, Austin (Loretta) Stephenson and Josh Russell; four grandchildren, Nathan, Johnny and Zack Stephenson and Lydia Stephenson Rigney. She is also survived by: her brothers, Forrest, Steve and Jack Russell; and sisters, Bonnie Abbott and Cyndy Roysdon,

In addition to her husband, Cecil Stephenson and her parents, Edna Acrey and Claude Russell, she was preceded in death by: one great grandson, Staten Stephenson; brothers, James, Don and Mitchell Parmley; and sisters, Louise San Miguel and Linda Smith.

The family will receive friends on Monday, May 24, 2021 between 5 pm – 8 pm at the Parnell Church of God. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at 1 pm at the Parnell Church of God. Burial will be in the Parnell Church of God Cemetery.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation and upon recommendations from the Governor's Office for Funeral Homes, there will be some restrictions for service attendance. As of May14, 2021, masks are NOT REQUIRED for those individuals who have been fully vaccinated, at least fourteen (14) days prior to a final dose of COVID-19 vaccine.
