Lucille Clark Hancock was born July 16, 1933 and departed this life Monday, August 5, 2019 reaching the age of 86 years. She was the daughter of the late Ruby Clark Hobadier; granddaughter of the late Mae Clark.

She is survived by: three sons, Danny, Dale, and David Hancock and grandson she raised as her son, Jason Hancock; one sister, Lea Roberts; 9 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: one daughter, Joyce Watkins; one son, John Hancock; and one brother, Tommy Hamblin.

The family will receive friends on Friday, August 9, 2019 between 11 am – 1 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Friday, August 9, 2019 at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
