Loxley Florence-Marie McNew, 3-day old infant of Cassandra Sexton and Jeremy McNew, was born Monday, November 11, 2024, and departed this life Thursday, November 14, 2024. She was met by Great Grandpa, A.P. Sexton; Grandpa Jim, and Grandma Dawn.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by: three brothers, Dalton McNew, Jayden McNew, and Asa Sexton; four sisters, Erykah McNew, Shayla McNew, Kaydence Myers, and Linnie Myers; Poppy, Mark Groce; Grandma, Paula Groce; Grandma, Roxy Smith; and Great Grandma, Florence Sexton; lots of uncles and aunts; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

Everyone loved her heart until they met her and she melted theirs.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 17, 2024, between 12 pm – 2 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held on Sunday, November 17, 2024, at 2 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
