Lora Fay Phelps was born January 10, 1969 and departed this life Tuesday, January 19, 2021 reaching the age of 52 years. She was the daughter of Donald Bowling and the late Kathy (Rednour) Marcum.

In addition to her father, she is survived by: ­­­­­­her husband, Keith Allen Phelps; daughter, Ashley Nachole (Kadameion) Branham; son, Austin Keith Phelps; brothers, Scotty and Shawn Sloan; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends who loved her very much.

She had 4 loving fur babies; Molly May, Bella Rose, Husky and Chrissy.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by: her maternal grandparents, Johnnie Rednour and Lillie (Davis) Rednour.

She was a loving mother, wife, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew "Lor-Lor".

She will be very missed by all her co-workers and friends she has met at Conley Bottom Resort.  She has been a dedicated employee since May 26, 2003.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 30, 2021 after 2 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  A prayer service will be held Saturday, January 30, 2021 at 3 pm with Bro. Gary Clark at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation and upon recommendations from the Governor's Office for Funeral Homes, there will be some restrictions for service attendance. You are asked to please wear a mask or facial covering and observe the social distancing guidelines. No communal food or drinks are allowed at this time.
