Lonzo Dishman was born March 31, 1951 and departed this life Sunday, March 18, 2018 reaching the age of 66 years. He was the son of the late Herbert and Ada (Stinson) Dishman.

He married Judy Evelyne Dishman and to this union two children were born.

He is survived by: his wife, Judy Dishman; two daughters, Kim (Norm) Carter and Tabatha (Michael) Decker; four grandchildren, Kristi, Katie, Sadie and Cayman; and one great grandchild, Nathan.  He is also survived by:  five brothers, General, Arnold, Donnie, Tim and Kenny Dishman; and three sisters, Ledith Dishman, Faye Neal, and Lottie Guffey; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Melissa Peavie.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 between 8 am – 2 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at 2 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Old Dishman Cemetery.  Military honors will be performed by our local DAV Chapter 105.
