Lisa Michelle New was born May 25, 1964 and departed this life Monday, June 22, 2020 reaching the age of 56 years. She was the daughter of the late William "Bill" and Janette (Ramsey) Oatts.

She married Kenneth "Kenny" New and to this union two children were born.

She is survived by: her husband, Kenny New; her children, Adam New and Haley Condreay (Brandon); grandchild, William Coffey; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

The family will receive friends on Friday, June 26, 2020 between 11:30 am – 2 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Friday, June 26, 2020 at 2 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery.
