Obituary
Linda "Lu" Russell Meredith was born March 14, 1951 and departed this life Saturday, August 25, 2012 reaching the age of 61. She was the daughter of the late Dallas and Mary (McGuire) Russell.
She is survived by: 1 daughter, Daisy Bishop; and 1 grandson, Brian. She is also survived by: 3 brothers, Tommy, Gene, and Dale Russell; and 2 sisters, Maggie Wallace and Ellen Simpson; several nieces and nephews; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.
In addition to her parents, Dallas and Mary Russell, she was preceded in death by: 3 brothers, Walter "Hooten", Marvin, and Jack Russell.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at 1 pm at the Russell Cemetery with Bro. Mike Hollars officiating. Burial will be in Russell Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to:
