Obituary
Linda Jones was born November 15, 1945 and departed this life Thursday, March 10, 2011 reaching the age of 65. She was the daughter of the late George and Ellen (Rednour) Neal.
She was united in marriage to Jess Jones and to this union 2 children were born.
She is survived by: her husband, Jess Jones of Monticello, KY; 1 son, David (Tammy) Jones of Monticello, KY; 3 grandchildren, Joshua and Jessica Jones, and Jesslen Upchurch; son-in-law, Danny Upchurch; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.
In addition to her parents, George and Ellen Neal, she was preceded in death by: her daughter, Lisa Upchurch; and 1 sister, Edna Denney.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 12, 2011 from 5 – 9 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Sunday, March 13, 2011 at 2 pm at the Marvin S. Hicks Funeral Home with Bro. Jack Gibbons officiating. Burial will be in Family Cemetery.
