Lillie Keith was born November 5, 1938, and departed this life Wednesday, September 25, 2024, reaching the age of 85 years. She was the daughter of the late Ellis and Lottie (Tucker) Martin.

She is survived by: two sons, Jerry Keith (Mary Ann) and Roger Keith (Kristie); one sister, Opal Godsey; seven grandkids, Megan Bertram (Knox), Trevor McFarland (Chelsea), Janaya Keith Fraley (Matt), Staisha Keith, Jessica Helton, Jordan Gregory (Samantha), and Megan Linck (Scott); and eleven great grandkids, Marlee Bertram, Opal Kelsay, Emilia McFarland, Eleanor McFarland, Bella Gregory, Lucas Gregory, Andrew Helton, Natalie Jones, Levi Jones, Christian Helton, and Sarah Carnes (Ethan); along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, Ellis and Lottie Martin, she was preceded in death by: her husband, Winfred Eugene Keith; one daughter, Sandra McFarland (Gordon); one granddaughter, Elizabeth Richardson; and two great grandkids, Bryden Bertram and Lily Grace Richardson.

Lillie was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church.

She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 28, 2024, between 6 pm – 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Sunday, September 29, 2024, at 2 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
