Lewis Jackson Troxell was born December 11th, 1941 in Wayne County, Kentucky and departed this life Monday, June 16th, 2003, reaching the age of 61 years. He was the son of Clyde Troxell and Effie Gregory Troxell.

He is survived by his daughter-Antha Denney of Monticello, KY. He is survived by three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

He is also survived by his mother-Effie Troxell, four brothers-Junior, Ronnie, Jimmy and Thomas Troxell and four sisters-Bonnie Daniels and Katy Hickey, boith of Nicholasville, KY, Mary Mullins of Danville, KY and Anna Marie Massengale of Monticello, KY, along with several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

He was preceded in death by his father Clyde Troxell and his wife-Jessica Swyfford Troxell.

He was a loving father, grandfather, son, brother,uncle, relative and friend and will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

Visitation: The family will receive friends after 5 PM on Tuesday, June 17, 2003 in the chapel.
Funeral Service: The funeral service will be Wednesday, June 18th, 2003 at 1 PM in the chapel of the Marvin S. Hicks Funeral Home with Bro. Ray Soard officiating.
Interment: Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
