Leatha Jane Shepard was born June 10, 1930 and departed this life Thursday, April 4, 2019 reaching the age of 88 years. She was the daughter of the late Edward and Anna (Brown) Shelton.

She is survived by: her sons, Larry and Gary Shepard; her daughters, Connie Dover and Dorothy. She is also survived by: one brother, Herbert Shelton; and sisters, Moretta Padgett and Marlene Anderson; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, Edward and Anna Shelton, she was preceded in death by: her brothers, Ralph, Leonard, and Otha Shelton; and sisters, Pearl Perdew, Gail Lawson, and Rayanna Eller.

Graveside services will be held Sunday, April 14, 2019 at 2pm at the Davis Home Chapel Cemetery with burial to follow.
