Larry Theophas Duncan was born July 10, 1950 and departed this life Monday, March 29, 2021 reaching the age of 70 years. He was the son of the late Raymond "Ramey" and Adell (Bertram) Duncan.

He is survived by: his brother, Cornelius (Maggie Anna) Duncan; many nieces and nephews; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, Ramey and Adell Duncan, he was preceded in death by: sister, Rochelle Fulcher; brothers, William Dean "Willie" Duncan, Dorsey Fount Duncan, Henry Arthur Duncan, and Donald Sevoyah Duncan.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 1, 2021 between 10 am – 2 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 1, 2021 at 2 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Monticello Cemetery.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation and upon recommendations from the Governor's Office for Funeral Homes, there will be some restrictions for service attendance. You are asked to please wear a mask or facial covering and observe the social distancing guidelines. No communal food or drinks are allowed at this time.
