Kenneth Edgar Whited, better known as "Chicken Man" was born December 24, 1955 and departed this life Monday, June 23, 2014 reaching the age of 58 years. He was the son of the late William Kenneth Whited and Mary Evelyn (Rousy) Branson.

He is survived by: Linda (Pennycuff) Whited; four children, Angie Smith (Casey), Kenneth "Kenny" James Whited (Tarina), Anthony Zachary; and Tracy Martinez (Tony); and four grandchildren, Tyler & Brooklyn Smith and Victoria & Brittany Whited. He is also survived by four sisters, Debbie King (Hoy), Margaret Drown (Richard), Ella Dowden (Ray), and Mary Flannery; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 26 ^th , 2014 after 5pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Friday, June 27 ^th , 2014 at 1pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Tuttle's Chapel Cemetery.

Military honors will be performed by DAV Chapter 105.
