Kenneth Sexton was born September 18, 1935 and departed this life Monday, November 03, 2014 reaching the age of 79 years. He was the son of the late John and Nannie (Russell) Sexton.

He is survived by: his wife, Stella (Watson) Sexton; sons, Ronnie Sexton and Bruce Alexander; daughters, Belinda Williams, Marilyn Chaplin, Donna Lowe, and Diane Alexander; 17 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and great-great grandchild. He is also survived by one brother one brother, Jack Sexton; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, John and Nannie Sexton, he was preceded in death by: one son, Kenneth Richard Sexton; one daughter, Micki Pierce; brothers, Eugene, Everett, Clyde, and Stanley Sexton; and two sisters, Mildred Lewis and Hazel Carrender.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 5, 2014 after 5 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 6, 2014 at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
