Kenneth "Earl" Hatfield was born June 21, 1949 and departed this life Monday, December 31, 2012 reaching the age of 63. He was the son of the late George Frank and Ona Earl (Parmley) Hatfield.

He was united in marriage to Vannie Parmley and to this union 3 children were born.

He is survived by: his wife, Vannie Hatfield; 1 son, David Hatfield, (wife, Stacey); and 2 daughters, Rhonda Hatfield-Jeffers, (husband, William Kevin Jeffers) and Tammy Hatfield; and 3 grandchildren, Colton, Tanner, and Makena Hatfield. He is also survived by: 1 brother, Theo Hatfield; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, Frank and Ona Hatfield, he was preceded in death by: 1 brother, George Hatfield, Jr.; and 5 sisters, Nell Morris, Faye Woody, Sue Marcum, Louise Morris, and Kaye Hatfield.

The family will receive friends on Friday, January 4, 2013 from 5:30 – 9 pm in the chapel of the funeral home and Saturday, January 5th from 9am – 1 pm at the Parmley's Grove Church. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 5, 2013 at 1 pm at the Parmley's Grove Church with Bro. Larry Marcum, Bro. Garry Lovit, and Bro. Walter Bell officiating. Burial will be in Parmley's Grove Church Cemetery.
