Kenneth Ray Campbell was born August 4, 1936, and departed this life Tuesday, August 1, 2023, reaching the age of 86 years. He was the son of the late Dewitt Wheat and Lela Mae (Davenport) Campbell.

He is survived by: his daughter-in-law, Karen Campbell; two grandchildren, Makayla Crowder (Austin) and Mallory Campbell; one great-grandchild, Camden Crowder; and one sister, Leta Kay Shelton; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, Dewitt and Lela Campbell, he was preceded in death by: his wife, Ella Mae (Corder) Campbell; two sons, Terry Wayne Campbell and Gary Ray Campbell; and his daughter, Deborah Campbell.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 5, 2023, between 11 am – 1 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 5, 2023, at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Taylor's Grove Cemetery.
