Obituary
Kendrick "Curley" McWhorter was born January 13, 1940 and departed this life Tuesday, August 27, 2013 reaching the age of 73. He was the son of the late Prentis and Beulah (Smith) McWhorter.
He is survived by: his son, Jason McWhorter of Monticello, KY; and 1 granddaughter, Mckenzie McWhorter of Monticello, KY. He is also survived by: 2 sisters, Ann Bell and Lois Carrender also of Monticello, KY ; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 28, 2013 from 5-9 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 29, 2013 at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn. Burial will be in Green Betty Cemetery.
